Copyright Policy

Only upload audio and artwork you own or have permission to use.

Effective: July 14, 2026

Your responsibility

Creators are responsible for confirming they have the rights needed to upload, convert, download, and publish their source and generated files. This includes rights in the composition, sound recording, artwork, performance, voice, and branding.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content processed through this service infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@mp3videokit.com containing:

  • Your name, contact details, and physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material.
  • The relevant private job URL or other information sufficient to locate the material.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Response

We may remove or disable access to material, preserve relevant records, request more information, or restrict repeat abuse. Because media is normally short-lived, a job may already have been deleted when a notice arrives.

YouTube claims

Copyright claims on a published YouTube video must also be handled through YouTube’s own processes. We cannot resolve Content ID claims or channel penalties. See our Terms for additional rules.
