Delete a conversion now
Open the private job URL created when you submitted the MP3 and choose Delete files now. This removes the source media, generated video, publishing metadata, and job record used by the conversion service. It does not delete a video that has already been uploaded to your YouTube channel; manage that video in YouTube Studio.
Automatic deletion
Source files and generated MP4 files are removed automatically within approximately 24 hours. Non-media task and publishing records used for recovery may remain for up to 30 days after the files expire. The current product does not provide a permanent media library.
Disconnect YouTube
Use Disconnect YouTube in your dashboard, account menu, or private job page. We ask Google to revoke the authorization and immediately delete the stored refresh token, channel connection data, related YouTube publishing records, and resumable-upload information from MP3 Video Kit. Disconnecting does not delete a video already uploaded to YouTube.
You can also revoke access directly from Google's third-party access settings. We periodically validate active authorizations and delete related Authorized Data as soon as an external revocation is detected and no later than 30 days after the last validation.
Delete account and connection data
To delete Google account identifiers and any remaining non-media account records, contact privacy@mp3videokit.com. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the request belongs to the account holder. Verified requests are completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.
If you lost the job link
Contact privacy@mp3videokit.com with the approximate upload time and any job identifier you retained. Do not send the original private media or OAuth credentials by email.
Operational records
Aggregated metrics and limited security or request logs may remain after media deletion when needed for fraud prevention, reliability, legal compliance, and enforcement. These records are not a recoverable copy of your generated video.
