Using the service
You may use MP3 Video Kit to create a video from audio and artwork you are authorized to process. You are responsible for the content you upload and for how you publish the output.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, temporary right to receive, copy, encode, store, deliver, and—only when you explicitly confirm—upload the generated video to the YouTube channel you connected, as needed to provide and secure the service.
You must own the content or have all required licenses and permissions. Uploading a file does not grant rights to music, recordings, artwork, voices, trademarks, or personal information owned by someone else.
Prohibited use
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution.
- Illegal, exploitative, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Malware, denial-of-service activity, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass limits.
- Use that violates YouTube’s terms or another platform’s rules.
Availability and limits
The service may enforce file, duration, rate, and concurrency limits. Jobs can fail because of unsupported or damaged media, capacity, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure. Keep your original files and verify every result before publishing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a particular processing time, or acceptance of a generated file by YouTube. MP3 Video Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube.
Termination
We may block or remove content, jobs, or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, or comply with law.
